What are the delivery charges for orders?

All bead and supply orders over $75 ship free in the continental US. This feature is automatic. You also have the ability to select Curbside Pickup if you are in the Minneapolis/St Paul area. All other orders will be shipped USPS First Class, Priority, or Priority Express depending on which shipping method you select during checkout. Priority Mail is required for all orders that are 16oz or more.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept PayPal, and all major CC’s through Authorize.net

How long will delivery take?

USPS is the most common way we ship. Local cities and states next to Minnesota take 1-2 Days, everything else takes 3-4 in the US.
Canada currently takes 2-4 weeks depending on your location due to the Covid-19 Pandemic.

We ship everyday expect Sunday. Orders received before 5:00pm Mon-Fri, and before 4:00pm Saturday will be shipped the same day. Some exceptions may apply. Larger orders over 50 items may take longer.

How secure is shopping at Northland Visions? Is my data protected?

We have a secure socket that protects your payment methods. With the secure socket you are communicating directly with the payment processor. We do not store nor provide your payment information to anyone other than the payment processor.  Once your payment has been approved, we receive verification and your order is processed and shipped same day in most cases. None of your payment info is collected or stored by Northland Visions.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Northland Visions receives verification that your payment has been approved. We immediately print your order and your products are then pulled from inventory.  The information you enter for shipping is included in the order, so make sure that the address you provide is accurate and up-to-date. The information you provide during the checkout process is used to create your shipping label. A copy of the order we receive is included with your shipment.

Do I receive an invoice with my order?

Yes, we also send you a confirmation email once your shipping label has been generated. Please enter your email correctly to ensure confirmation.

How do I create an account?

New accounts are created during the checkout process if this is your first time ordering from Northland Visions. If you have purchased items from us in the past, you can login to your account to view and track previous/current orders.
