What are the delivery charges for orders?

All bead and supply orders over $75 ship free in the continental USA. This feature is automatic. All other orders we ship USPS first class, and priority on packages over 12oz.The shipping is chosen during checkout, USPS First class is usually the best. For lager orders that are more than 2 states away from Minnesota medium flat rate is better. if you live in a surrounding state to Minnesota then regional flat rate can save you even more.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept Paypal, and all major CC’s with Authorize.net

How long will delivery take?

USPS is the most common way we ship. local cities and states next to Minnesota take 2 Days. everything else takes 3-4 in the US.
Canada takes 1-2 weeks depending on your location.
Orders placed on Friday after 4:00pm central time will be shipped on Monday. The day your order is placed does not count as a shipping day.

How secure is shopping at Northland Visions? Is my data protected?

We have a secure socket that protects your payment methods. With the secure socket you are communicating directly with the payment processor, we only get a verification that your payment has been approved from them, to which we package and ship your order. None of your payment info is collected at Northland Visions.

What exactly happens after ordering?

Your order gets sent to Northland and we print out a receipt and pick list.Your order gets pull from stock as soon as possible and double checked before packing. The information you enter for shipping is transmitted in the order, so be careful to type your address correctly. Shipping labels are generated from the ordering software. the receipt gets put in your order during packing, then sent.

Do I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, you also get a confirmation email when a shipping label has been generated, please enter your email correctly to ensure confirmation.

How do I create an account?

Accounts are created at checkout when you order from Northland Visions for the first time.
