This returns policy has been compiled to better serve those who are concerned about our online returns policy. Please read our returns policy carefully to get a clear understanding of how we process your returns on our website.

  • Store credit only for merchandise returned within 30 days of purchase with a copy of your original receipt. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees unless there was an error on our part.
  • All returned items must be unused, in original condition, and include a valid RMA# provided by Northland Visions. Please contact us at (612) 872-0390 Mon-Fri 9:00am – 5:00pm to obtain an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as foods, books, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned.
  • Additional non-returnable items:

    Gift cards
    Downloadable products
    Health and personal care items
    To complete your return, we require a copy of your original receipt or proof of purchase.

    Online Credit Only

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also send you a coupon code to be used on your next online order.

    Sale items

    Only regular priced items may be returned for credit. Sale items cannot be returned.

    Exchanges

    We will replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email to greg@northlandvisions.com or shawn@northlandvisions.com and send your item to:

    Gifts

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a coupon code for the value of your return.

    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a coupon code to the gift giver.

    Shipping returns

    To return your product, you should mail your product to the address above.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

    If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
